Costa Vino 2020: a méthode classique sparkling wine! A nod to our sister property, Costa, in Charleston, SC, this release came to life from Chardonnay grapes harvested early for high acidity and 3 years of riddling before disgorgement. Fans of Pippin Hill's Blanc de Blanc and Sparkling Rosé might discover a new favorite among Costa Vino's aromas of brioche, dried apricot, and citrus blossom, and layered, creamy flavors of baking spices, lemon zest, and white pepper. The medium body and dryness, medium plus acidity and fine bubbles will add to any occasion!
