Our 2015 Easton Blue is one of our original signature red blends. Rich up front with chocolate, cherries, and oak, the full-bodied palate offers dark berries, licorice, and fennel. Time in the bottle has highlighted the well-rounded tannins on the finish. Let it breathe, and enjoy.
Nose: oak, chocolate, cherries, sage
Palate: cherry, blackberry, licorice, fennel
Finish: medium oak, medium tannin, and medium acid
Blend: 38% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petit Verdot
