Zero White 2023
We wouldn’t name just any wine after our premier boutique hotel, Zero George. Our Zero White represents that hint of surprise and indulgence we create with the hotel experience, all wrapped within the breezy floral (and unforgettable) character of Charleston, South Carolina. This wine is fruity and complex with a clean, acidic finish--the perfect blend of rich yet lively and highly drinkable, which makes it a go-to for the beach, garden parties, or your table, no matter the occasion.
Nose: jasmine, honeysuckle, peach, grapefruit, honeydew
Palate: Granny Smith apple, lime, lavender, orange blossom
Finish: lean body (light), medium acidity, limestone finish
Varietal: 73% Vidal Blanc, 14% Petit Manseng, 13% Viognier
Petit Manseng 2023
We harvest the Petit Manseng grapes, a French varietal, later in the season to allow residual sugars to reach higher levels. Our Petit Manseng is a Jurançon-style wine, that is both sweet and dry, thus offering the best of both worlds. With aromas of lemon and elderflower, and intense flavors of pineapple, nectarine, jasmine, and dried apricot, it finishes with the classic ‘creamy mouthfeel’ and is a delight for drinking and pairing with rich, flavorful dishes.
Nose: lemon, elderflower, yellow apple, pineapple
Palate: pineapple, jasmine, nectarine, dried apricot
Finish: medium body and acid, creamy mouthfeel
Varietal: 100% Petit Manseng
Rosé 2023
Not too sweet or too dry, our Rosé is the Goldilocks of wines, especially during the spring and summer months when you want a reliable bottle chilled and ready. Fruity and floral in the aromatics, the palate offers hints of orange blossom and watermelon rind that give way to white peach, with an added touch of rhubarb, and a light and soft-bodied finish that goes down refreshingly smooth. After a full day of gardening or perhaps hammock reading, this Rosé will be your wind-down secret weapon.
