With its wide range of vineyard sites, unique mix of grape varieties and each vintage having its own story to tell;  Virginia is uniquely suited to produce compelling Rosé wines each and every year.  Through attentive farming and hands off winemaking we achieve refreshing, transparent, fully flavored wines with moderate alcohol levels that are fun and interesting to drink.  Pippin Hill's 2021 Reserve Rosé focuses on revealing delicate aromas of blood orange and fig flower all held in check by a refreshing wave of crisp acidity.   

Nose:  blood orange, hibiscus, fig flower, sea shell, lemongrass

Palate:  pomegranate, lychee, watermelon, apricot, thyme

Finish:  tart finish, light dryness
