Sparkling Blanc de Blanc 2021 - Virginia Governor's Cup 2023 - Silver Medal Winner 

This 2021 vintage turns any occasion into a celebration. It’s made like champagne, offering zesty aromas layered with creamy and citrus flavors of pineapple, brioche and Meyer lemon. The finish is lean and lively, with equal parts acidity and dryness. The driest of our three Chardonnays, this finely bubbled beauty will dress up your charcuterie board, or brighten up seafood.

Nose:  lemon and orange zest, orange blossom, fennel, acacia flower

Palate:  pineapple, brioche, Meyer lemon, candied pear

Finish:  light body and dryness

Varietal:  100% Chardonnay

Food Pairing:  double or triple cream cheeses, oysters and shellfish, crab cakes, lemon chicken, Thai curries, quiche.

Sparkling Rose 2021

Our Champagne-style Sparkling Rosé features both floral and fruity characteristics on the nose and palate with a finish that is crisp and slightly dry. Those red varietals lucky enough to find their way into our Sparkling Rosé are treated like our white wines:  fermented and aged in stainless steel before receiving carbonation. Truly one of our most popular wines, this Sparkling Rosé is worthy of celebrating any special occasion, including (sometimes) the fact that it’s only Tuesday.

Nose:  white cherry, beeswax, pink peppercorn, rhubarb, rose petal

Palate:  cranberry, ruby red grapefruit, raspberry

Finish:  light body, medium dryness

Varietals:  50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Cabernet Franc, 6% Merlot, 2% Chambourcin

Food Pairing:  salmon, creamy risotto, cheeses, barbeque, chocolate.
