Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Made from grapes grown at the best vineyard sites in the area this wine is a beautiful expression of what local terroir can produce. Our lovely climate means acidity remains high on these grapes, making it one of our best food wines, pairing particularly well with herb-driven sauces served over chicken, tofu, or fish dishes. With its distinctive, vivid aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle and bright hints of orange peel and green papaya on the tongue, it has a balanced, clean finish and a zesty acidity that makes this Sauvignon Blanc a classic.

Nose:  jasmine, honeysuckle, wet slate, fennel, lime

Palate: orange peel, kiwi, green papaya, gooseberry, sorrel

Finish:  light plus acidity, light body, medium finish

Varietal:  97% Sauvignon Blanc, 3% Chardonnay

Rose 2023

Not too sweet or too dry, our Rosé is the Goldilocks of wines, especially during the spring and summer months when you want a reliable bottle chilled and ready.  Fruity and floral in the aromatics, the palate offers hints of orange blossom and watermelon rind that give way to white peach, with an added touch of rhubarb, and a light and soft bodied finish that goes down refreshingly smooth. After a full day of gardening or perhaps hammock reading, this Rosé will be your wind-down secret weapon.

Nose:  orange blossom, watermelon rind, jasmine, strawberry

Palate:  white peach, rhubarb, rose petal, starfruit

Finish:  light and soft body, light acid

Varietals:  82% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Malbec, 2% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Manseng, 1% Chardonel

Cabernet Franc 2022

Cabernet Franc is considered a signature grape of our wine-growing region, and we celebrate it as such.  You’ll find notes of red currant, cranberry, and raspberry with hints of milk chocolate, black olive, and red cherries on the palate, and a finish that has light plus body and medium tannins.  We recommend enjoying glasses by the fire or backyard grill or with family around the table.

Nose: red currant, cranberry, raspberry, sour cherry, black pepper

Palate:  milk chocolate, black olive, red cherries, red pepper, raisin

Finish:  light plus body, medium tannins

Varietal:  94% Cabernet Franc, 5% Tannat, 1% Malbec
